My biggest regret ever is piercing the head of my penis.  I got it when I turned 21 thinking it would be fun to have for a while.  I had to get it pulled out after a couple months because it kept getting infected and was screwing with my ability to get an erection.  To this day I still feel pain and stinging whenever I take a piss or masturbate.  I would pay a million dollars to go back in time and NOT get that piercing.
